关于雏鹰方案阶段性方针调整的告诉
依据新冠肺炎疫情防控局势要求，许多企业由于推迟复工等原因无法展开正常事务，为协助企业共克时艰，基金会义不容辞，创业基金会已拟定了阶段性调整
“天使基金”请求目标的办法和两项惠及创业者和创业企业的办法：
1、“雏鹰方案”赞助期内的创业者还款推迟两个月，且不记载个人征信逾期。
2、“雏鹰方案”新赞助者首期还款日顺延3个月。
3、已入驻我国（上海）创业者公共实训基地五号楼的“天使基金”赞助企业予以革除2020年2月和3月服务费。
4、向具有创业根底的“天使基金”请求目标供给创业训练、项目盯梢教导等创业服务。
5、"天使基金”请求目标条件中“企业需注册在上海，注册时刻不超越三年”放宽为“企业需注册在上海，注册时刻不超越五年”。其他请求条件不变。
上述阶段性方针有用期到2020年12月31日。

上海市大学生科技创业基金会关于天使基金请求的声明
近期，网络上呈现了署理创业者请求上海市大学生科技创业基金（简称“天使基金”）、确保经过率并收取署理费的相关信息。在此，咱们严正声明：天使基金是扶持大学生青年立异创业的公益基金，上海市大学生科技创业基金会（以下简称“创业基金会”）及其23个高校及本市行政区天使基金受理点（名单及联络方法详见创业基金会官网：htTP://www.stefg.org/Angel/apply.aspx）从未授权任何第三方署理组织从事天使基金请求的署理活动，亦从未授权任何第三方署理组织就上述署理活动收取任何费用，任何第三方署理组织所作的许诺或确保与创业基金会及其基金无关，相应的责任概由第三方署理组织自行承当。一起，创业基金会及受理基金亦回绝任何组织和个人署理创业者请求天使基金，任何组织和个人均不得以引荐或署理创业者请求天使基金为由获取相关利益，包含但不限于天使基金请求服务费、获赞助创业项目股权、期权等。
创业基金会及其各受理基金在天使基金的请求受理过程中，不会向创业者收取任何费用；一起，创业基金会亦制止任何创业者或创业企业托付第三方署理组织署理请求天使基金的行为，一经发现，将当即吊销对该创业者或创业企业的赞助并要求承当相应的法令责任。因而，为了确保创业者合法权益，请求人应自动回绝与任何第三方署理组织进行协作，并回绝支授予署理请求天使基金相关的任何费用，确保请求人及创业项目信息的实在性。创业者如需请求天使基金，可直接登录创业基金会官方网站 “天使基金”页面（http://www.stefg.org/AngelFund/Default.aspx）、官方微信（efgfoundation）、官方微博（@创业基金会）了解详细情况并在线提交请求；也可登录创业基金会官网“怎么请求”页面（http://www.stefg.org/Angel/apply.aspx）查询EFG及各受理基金联络方法，进行电话咨询。各受理基金详细信息可查阅创业基金会官网“咱们是谁-基金简介”页面（http://www.stefg.org/about/branch.aspx）。
如创业者需求进一步咨询请求事项或发现有任何组织和个人发布署理请求信息，请联络创业基金会，一起保护天使基金公益产品的声誉。关于第三方署理组织以署理请求方法危害创业基金会声誉、损害创业基金会合法权益的行为，创业基金会将保存向该等第三方署理组织追究其法令责任的权利。
